As an Associate Nutritionist (ANutr), she combines her academic credentials with real-world coaching experience to empower her clients to take control of their health.

Sarah-Louise also specialises in women's health, and is particularly focused on conditions such as endometriosis, perimenopause, menopause, and disordered eating.
