What to Expect

Nutrition Fundamentals

To kick off, you will get access to nutrition tracking software, of fillable food diaries. In the first week, you will track your nutrition, and submit an intake form to determine your needs and goals

Once you have tracked for a week, we will have a 60 minute introductory Zoom call with a detailed nutritional analysis and the creation of your personalised plan, including shopping lists and recipes

Each week, you will have tracking and journal tasks and check in sheet to be submitted at an agreed time. Every two weeks, you will have a 30 minute zoom call to discuss and receive feedback & adjustments. On alternate weeks, feedback will be received by email 24 hours post check in

Training Fundamentals (Level 2)

In addition to all included in level 1, in level 2 you will also receive bespoke training plans, including video support on your form to ensure you are getting the most from each workout

Enhanced Support (Level 3)

And for those looking for more face to face support and advice, there is level three, where you will have a weekly Zoom check in, and regular email support for any questions or queries outside of the weekly check ins
